All our products are created On Demand and Cut and Sewed by hand! This means once you order a product the printing process starts. We use the best printers in the biz to ensure a great end product.

SHIPPING TIMES:

We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

How long shipping takes really depends on where you are from. To make it easy for you we created this simple table to help you estimate:

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

  • United States: 5-8 business days
  • Mexico, Brazil, and South Africa: 10 – 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 8- 15 business days

*This doesn’t include our 5-10 days processing time. *All Paypal pending need 10 days for verification and process.

Note:

* We are NOT responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

* This doesn’t include our 7-15 days processing time.

* The ETA above is regarded under normal conditions of weather, social,…

* When it’s the high peak of demand for logistics or holiday/festival/disaster/strike/demonstration… it will be slower according to the incidents which we can not control. However, we will have your order delivered or refunded if it gets lost.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost Packages

We happily resend orders or issue a refund if the package was returned to its sender or got lost during shipment when the address was valid and correct. Please visit our support page here. Otherwise, we are sorry that any replacements, refunds, or credits for invalid address entries of the customers are not applicable

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
